Wiwiana is a Certified Somatic & Career Coach with over 20 years of experience in HR and organisational leadership. Holding a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, she has also advanced her education at The Somatic School and Harvard Business School. Wiwiana has held key roles, such as Site People & Organisation Lead at Umicore and Senior Director HR at Accelerated Enrolment Solutions, where she excelled in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and fostering positive work cultures.
In her coaching practise, Wiwiana empowers women to transform their professional and personal lives. She combines somatic and mental approaches to help clients discover their unique strengths and pursue their passions with confidence.
